This Double IPA showcases a coastal synergy, blending Belleflower’s recipe with Tilted Barn’s distinct house yeast to create a vibrant sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by an intense profile of tropical fruit and bright citrus, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness balances a soft, medium body that reflects a modern, hazy influence. The fermentation character from the house yeast adds a layer of stone fruit complexity that integrates seamlessly with the resinous hop finish. At 8.4% ABV, it offers a well-integrated warmth, ensuring high drinkability despite its significant strength.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a persistent, fluffy white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a slight, modern haze consistent with the use of house yeast and heavy dry-hopping.
