Appearance. Very pale straw to medium yellow (2–3.5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy white head that has moderate retention before fading to a thin collar.
Aroma. Low intensity aroma of grainy-sweet malt. A very light floral or spicy hop character is present. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean, lacking esters or phenols, as expected for the style.
Taste. The initial impression is refreshing and neutral, featuring a soft, grainy malt flavor with a touch of adjunct-driven sweetness. Hop bitterness is low, providing an even balance that prevents a cloying sensation. Hop flavor is very low, showing a light spicy quality. The finish is remarkably clean, crisp, and dry.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high carbonation that creates a refreshing carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth and crisp with no astringency and a light alcohol presence.
