Mangocuy! is a vibrant Mediterranean Sour Ale that delivers a tropical escape through a focused interplay of fruit and acidity. Intense aromas of sun-ripened mango and sharp, zesty passionfruit dominate the olfactory experience, supported by a clean, lactic tartness. On the palate, the explosion of fruit translates into a bright, refreshing profile where the succulent sweetness of mango is perfectly countered by the puckering tang of passionfruit. Its light, effervescent body and dry finish make it exceptionally crushable, capturing the spirit of a summer day by the sea while maintaining a sophisticated, balanced sourness that cleanses the palate.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale golden-orange with a frothy, white head that dissipates at a moderate rate, leaving light lacing.
