This Hazy IPA presents a lush, tropical sensory profile driven by an intensive double dry-hopping of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. It pours with a characteristically opaque, golden glow, releasing high-intensity aromas of ripe mango, bright tangerine, and fleshy peach. The aromatic experience is profoundly fruit-forward, supported by a soft, bready malt base. On the palate, the exceptionally low bitterness allows the juicy hop oils to dominate, resulting in a smooth, juice-like transition. The finish is clean and off-dry, highlighting the vibrant interplay of stone fruit and citrus without any harshness, perfectly embodying a modern and approachable New England-style character.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (3-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Topped with a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango and peach from the Mosaic and Idaho 7, with a distinct tangerine citrus note from the Simcoe. Low bready and grainy malt character in the background; clean fermentation with subtle, supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor echoing the tropical and citrus notes of the aroma. Low, neutral malt sweetness provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is very low for the style, significantly masked by the full body. Finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering juicy aftertaste and no hop harshness.
