This refreshing Saison, a collaboration between Tibidabo and Brew By Numbers, presents a vibrant sensory profile tailored for summer. A foundational bouquet of fruity esters is elevated by the addition of summer peaches, which infuse a luscious stone fruit depth. In the whirlpool, lemon peel and coriander contribute bright citrus brightness and a delicate, herbal spice that complements the peppery yeast character. At 4.9% ABV, the beer maintains a sessionable presence with high attenuation, resulting in a remarkably dry, crisp finish. A light, grainy malt backbone provides a rustic stage for the aromatic fruit and spicy fermentation notes to flourish.
Appearance. Pale gold with a slight hazy, unfiltered appearance. Topped with a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lace.
Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a mix of spicy yeast and fruit. Moderate fruity esters of peach and pome fruit are joined by bright lemon peel citrus and a distinct herbal coriander note. Low spicy, black pepper phenolics and a very light, grainy malt character provide the base.
