To continue our early celebrations, this Polish IPA was brewed with 100% Polish new wave experimental hops Zibi and PŁ01 . We were able to source these relatively new-to-the-market hops on our most recent trip to Poland, connecting with Poland’s leading hop grower and breeder, ‘Polish Hops ‘ These are still not yet available in the US and we couldn’t be more honored to share what’s happening with the Polish hop growing scene.
