Appearance. The beer presents a brilliant clarity with a deep copper to bronze-orange color. It is topped by a thick, creamy, long-lasting off-white head that leaves persistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high malt intensity featuring toasted bread crust, nutty undertones, and a distinctive marble rye spiciness. The hop character is low but present with spicy and floral notes. Uniquely fruity for the style, displaying aromas of ripe fig alongside a subtle, sweet hint of vanilla. Fermentation character is very clean.

Taste. The initial impression is of rich, toasted maltiness followed by a firm, assertive bitterness.
