On the palate, the fluffy wheat addition creates a soft, approachable texture that supports high-intensity hop flavors. A firm bitterness cleanses the tongue, transitioning from stone fruit sweetness to a dry, resinous finish that remains exceptionally clean and balanced.

Appearance. Color is a medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a slight haze due to the inclusion of wheat, though it remains translucent.

Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by tropical and stone fruit esters. Prominent notes of ripe peach, mango, and mixed berries from the Citra and Mosaic hops are balanced by a piney, coniferous resin from Simcoe.
