This American IPA pays homage to the classic West Coast style with a vibrant sensory profile driven by a foundational trio of hops. Simcoe leads the charge, offering deep resinous pine and subtle earthy undertones, while Chinook reinforces the forest-floor character with a sharp, spicy grapefruit edge. Amarillo rounds out the bouquet with bright, floral orange zest and sun-ripened stone fruit notes. The malt backbone remains understated but purposeful, providing a clean, grainy canvas that allows the high bitterness to resonate without becoming harsh. It finishes decisively dry and crisp, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and evergreen resin on the palate.
Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity; features a persistent, off-white, medium-sized head that leaves decorative lacing on the glass.
