This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, sensory-driven experience defined by its bold tropical additions. The visual allure of pitaya provides a striking magenta hue, while the unmistakable, punchy aroma of guava dominates the profile, reminiscent of fresh fruit juice. At 6.3% ABV, it balances a refreshing lactic tartness with a subtle malt backbone that remains secondary to the fruit. The fermentation character is clean but distinctly sour, offering a zesty acidity that enhances the tropical flavors without becoming overwhelming. Aroma. High intensity with a massive burst of sweet, tropical guava. Subtle earthy and floral notes from the pitaya emerge as it warms. Low malt presence; clean lactic sourness provides a sharp, bright edge. Hop character is absent, while fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the adjuncts.

Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing, tart zap of acidity. The dominant flavor is authentic guava—sweet and slightly musky—complemented by the mild, cactus-like fruitiness of pitaya. Malt flavor is low, providing just enough structure. Hop bitterness is very low, ensuring the focus remains on the fruit. The finish is dry, clean, and acidic, with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, appearing lighter than the ABV suggests due to the high attenuation and acidity. Carbonation is moderate to high, adding a prickly, refreshing texture. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated. Minimal astringency.
