This Hazy IPA serves as the robust 'Export' evolution of its session predecessor, delivering an amplified sensory experience. The intensive use of Cryo El dorado, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Mosaic results in a saturated profile of overripe mango, bright citrus, and sweet melon. Its appearance is a characteristic opaque straw with a persistent, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the hop-derived 'juiciness' dominates, offering layers of tropical fruit and stone fruit against a soft, bready malt backdrop. Despite the aggressive dry-hopping, bitterness remains restrained and smooth, leading into a lush, off-dry finish that highlights the vibrant hop oils and soft mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous quality; thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; punchy tropical notes of mango and pineapple from Mosaic, paired with lime and grapefruit zest from Citra. El Dorado contributes distinct stone fruit and watermelon notes. Low grainy-bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived phenols.

Taste. Massive tropical and citrus fruitiness mirrors the aroma; high hop flavor intensity. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Light bready malt provides a neutral base. The finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering juicy aftertaste of tropical fruit and citrus peel.
