Thornbridge Wye offers a uniquely refreshing take on the American Pale Ale, characterized by a cooling, garden-fresh cucumber infusion. This botanical addition provides a crisp, aqueous brightness that pairs harmoniously with the earthy and slightly spicy notes of Willamette hops. The malt profile is intentionally restrained, featuring a clean, bready character that supports the adjunct without adding heavy sweetness.
