Zesty is a vibrant Fruit Beer that leans into its sessionable Pale Ale roots, delivering a bright, citrus-forward experience. The primary sensory driver is the satsuma addition, which imparts a sharp, sweet-orange fragrance and a tangy, tangerine-like flavor profile. Underneath the fruit, a light malt backbone of crackers and fresh bread provides a clean canvas. The hop character is subtle, offering faint floral notes that complement the citrus zest rather than competing with it. It finishes remarkably crisp and dry, with a refreshing acidity from the fruit that invites another sip, making it an archetypal example of a balanced, low-ABV fruit-infused ale.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Pours with a brilliant clarity and a frothy white head that shows moderate retention and delicate lacing.
