Appearance. Opaque, dark mahogany to deep black in color. Pours with a persistent, creamy tan head that demonstrates good retention and leaves light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a dominant character of sweetened coffee and milk chocolate. Soft roasted grain notes are present without being acrid. Very low earthy hop aroma and subtle dark fruit esters are tucked behind a distinct cream-like sweetness.
