Appearance. Deep gold color (5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity if decanted. Features a tall, frothy, and persistent white head with fine bubbles and noticeable effervescence.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a tropical hop profile of mango, guava, and grapefruit. Underlying notes of soft pear and apple esters mix with a clean, neutral grainy and lightly bready malt character.
Taste. Initial impressions of mild, grainy malt sweetness are rapidly balanced by a medium-high bitterness. Galaxy hops provide flavors of mango and grapefruit that persist into a dry, crisp finish. Low esters of apple are present, with a lingering, resinous, and tingling hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with very high carbonation, creating a prickly, spritzy carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no perceived alcohol warmth at this ABV, finishing very well-attenuated and clean.
