Edge Runner is a collaboration Keller Pils that leans into the elegant malt profile of a Munich Helles. This hazy, pale gold lager presents a delicate balance of grainy-sweet Continental Pilsner malt and a vibrant array of noble hops. The aroma is defined by floral and spicy notes, leading into a smooth, rounded palate where the malt remains central. Unlike a traditional bright Helles, this unfiltered version offers a slightly more rustic character, culminating in a crisp, inimitable bitter bite. Refreshing and clean, it maintains the smooth, well-lagered mouthfeel expected of the style while showcasing a more assertive hop finish.

Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM); hazy and unfiltered; persistent creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt. Low to moderately-low floral and spicy noble hop character. Very clean fermentation profile with subtle bready notes.

Taste. Moderately malty start with a grainy-sweet Pilsner malt flavor. Soft, rounded palate impression supported by a firm, spicy noble hop flavor. While the malt provides a smooth foundation, the finish is characterized by a notable, crisp bitter bite that lingers longer than a traditional Helles.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, well-lagered character. Medium carbonation. Lacks any harshness or astringency, presenting a soft, creamy texture from the lack of filtration.
