This German Pils presents a refreshing sensory journey, opening with a crisp malt backbone defined by notes of toasted cracker and light honey. The aroma is driven by moderately high herbal and floral hops, providing a traditional noble character that balances the clean, doughy malt profile. On the palate, a swift transition from subtle grain sweetness to a firm, clean bitterness defines the experience, leading into a dry and snappy finish. Brilliant gold in clarity, it captures the essence of a classic pilsner with its refined balance and high drinkability, leaving a lingering, pleasant herbal hop trail after every sip.
Appearance. Brilliant straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM) with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent clarity.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high intensity of flowery and herbal hops. Low grainy-sweet and doughy malt character with a light toasted cracker quality. Clean fermentation profile.
