Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-9 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent nectarine, peach, and tropical mango. A very low, clean, grainy malt presence provides a neutral backdrop. Clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast-derived esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial impression is dominated by hop-forward stone fruit and candied mango flavors. A low, grainy maltiness supports a firm, medium-high bitterness. The finish is decidedly dry and crisp with a lingering, hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Moderate-high carbonation. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
