This Double IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration between Third Moon and Jackalhop, utilizing a potent hop bill of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Motueka. The sensory experience opens with a punchy, confectionery-like aroma reminiscent of watermelon Jolly Ranchers, underpinned by the distinctive berry notes of Mosaic. The addition of oats provides a silky foundation that supports complex flavors of succulent nectarine, zesty white grapefruit, and ripe blueberry. While the bitterness is firm and characteristic of the style, the finish remains remarkably clean, allowing the expressive New World hop profile to linger alongside a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent watermelon candy, pungent blueberry, and lime zest. A supportive, neutral to grainy maltiness from the oats is found in the background with a clean fermentation profile.
