This powerhouse Double IPA commands attention with an opaque, golden glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The aroma is a saturating blast of ripe peaches and nectarines, driven by a heavy-handed application of Mosaic and Simcoe. Appearance. SRM 6-8; pale gold to light orange-copper; thick, white, persistent meringue-like head with heavy lacing; hazy to opaque.

Aroma. Intense, saturating hop aroma featuring ripe peach, nectarine, and crushed pineapple; secondary notes of candied mango and white grape; background malt is clean and grainy with a light oaty sweetness; no solventy alcohol despite the strength.

Taste.
