Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent nectarine, tropical stone fruit, and a sweet, citrusy cereal note. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral backdrop. Fermentation is clean with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. Leading with high hop flavors of ripe peach and nectarine. The malt profile is low and grainy, supporting a medium-high bitterness that is firm but clean. The fermentation character is neutral, leading into a dry, crisp finish with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. High carbonation provides a refreshing, prickly sensation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness.
