This American Pale Ale presents a modern, hop-forward sensory experience centered on the unique expression of Motueka and Kohia Motueka SubZero Hop Kief. The addition of oats and wheat creates a soft, hazy canvas that elevates the vibrant hop profile. Immediate notes of zesty lemon and lime from the Motueka lead into more nuanced layers of ripe kiwi and tropical passion fruit driven by the Hop Kief. While the hop intensity is assertive, it remains highly drinkable with a clean fermentation profile. The interplay between the punchy New Zealand hops and the creamy, substantial grain bill results in a refreshing yet flavor-dense ale.

Appearance. 5–7 SRM; pale straw to light gold. Opaque, hazy appearance with a thick, frothy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.
