Delivering an intense, juice-forward experience, this Hazy IPA showcases a double dry-hopped showcase of Simcoe hops. A vibrant sensory profile bursts with aromas of ripe passionfruit, bright grapefruit, and a distinct, resinous pine undertone. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body supports luscious stone fruit flavors, balanced by a subtle, clean, bready malt background. A soft, low-to-medium bitterness emerges in the finish, avoiding any harsh hop bite. Smooth and satisfying, this expression blends tropical fruit sweetness with a hint of forest pine, highlighting the expressive complexity of its singular hop focus.

Appearance. Hazy, opaque deep yellow to light amber with a luminous, healthy shine. Crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, persistent lacing. Free of any visible yeast clumps or hop particulates.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by expressive Simcoe-derived tropical fruits: ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit zest, accompanied by a clean, resinous pine background. Low, doughy, and lightly bready malt provides a neutral canvas. Yeast esters are complementary and fruity, with no harsh alcohol or diacetyl.

Taste. Massive, juicy hop flavor featuring peach, passionfruit, and citrus, backed by a subtle, woody pine note. Low to medium-to-low perceived bitterness that is well-masked by the soft, full body. Low, clean bready malt character. Finishes smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering, pleasant tropical aftertaste with zero harshness.
