Instant Gratification is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with a concentrated punch of tropical and resinous hop character. Idaho 7 drives a core of ripe pineapple and tangerine, while Topaz contributes exotic notes of lychee and soft spice. The addition of Columbus introduces a classic dankness and a subtle earthy undertone that grounds the fruit-forward profile. This 6% ale presents a soft, pillowy texture and a characteristic opacity. In the glass, a bready malt backbone supports the massive dry-hop expression without introducing excess sweetness, resulting in a balanced, juicy finish that highlights the synergy of New World and pungent hop varieties.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, mango, and tangerine from Idaho 7 and Topaz, backed by a pungent, resinous, and slightly dank herbal quality from Columbus. Low grainy, bready malt in the background with neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of pineapple and lychee followed by citrus pith. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is smooth and never harsh. Low bready malt flavor provides a soft platform. The finish is off-dry and juicy, with a lingering tropical and slightly resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth and no hop-derived astringency.
