Third Barrel Brewing Festbier

A collaboration between Third Barrel Brewing and Two Sides Brewing, this Festbier captures the elegant, pale malty essence of the modern Munich festival grounds. It pours a brilliant deep gold with a resilient white head. The aroma leads with a moderate toasty-doughy richness, reminiscent of freshly baked bread, complemented by subtle floral and herbal hop notes. On the palate, a soft malt sweetness provides a smooth, creamy texture that never feels heavy. A gentle, supportive bitterness balances the Pilsner and Vienna malt character, leading to a clean, crisp finish that invites another sip. At 5.5% ABV, it prioritizes drinkability and balance.
