Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit notes of apricot, tropical pineapple, and a pungent resinous pine. A low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides background support, while the fermentation profile remains clean with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. The initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit and orange marmalade from the Idaho 7 Cryo hops. The mid-palate reveals a light, grainy malt character that balances a firm bitterness typical of the style. The finish is medium-dry and clean, leaving a lingering resinous and citrus-peel aftertaste without being harsh.
