Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange (7–10 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing. The beer displays a slight, attractive haze characteristic of modern, heavily dry-hopped versions.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit and mixed red berries from the Mosaic, alongside a distinct naval orange and sweet citrus character from the Eclipse. Low, clean, grainy maltiness serves as a neutral background with a light, clean alcohol presence.
Taste. Strong tropical and citrus hop flavors mirror the aroma, specifically passionfruit and orange peel. Bitterness is firm and assertive but remains smooth and free of harshness. The malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft cracker-like support. The fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus and resin.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth texture and a creamy quality. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but remains restrained and pleasant.
