Infinite End is a vibrant take on the modern Cold IPA, delivering an ultra-crisp, high-definition sensory experience. Leveraging a clean lager yeast fermentation and the addition of flaked rice, this American IPA strips away malt weight to foreground an explosive hop profile. Intense aromatics of zesty citrus, tropical passion fruit, and guava are driven by a heavy-handed application of Citra and Simcoe, including concentrated Simcoe Cryo. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a dense, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Bright, punchy hop aromas of grapefruit zest, passion fruit, and pine needles. The Citra and Simcoe provide a complex blend of tropical and resinous notes. Malt is low, presenting a clean, crackery, and neutral graininess. Clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical guava and citrus peel followed by a dry, lean malt backbone. Hop flavor is high, mirroring the aroma with resinous pine and tropical fruit.
