This Hazy IPA showcases a masterful sensory layering of Galaxy, Nelson, and Citra hops, resulting in a vibrant tropical profile. The appearance is a luminous, opaque gold, topped with a persistent white foam. On the nose, an intense wave of succulent mango and passion fruit from the Galaxy and Citra is sharpened by the distinctive crushed grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson. The palate is defined by soft, fruity mango deliciousness and a velvety malt texture that balances the hop saturation. A restrained bitterness ensures a juice-like finish, allowing the complex fruit esters and hop oils to linger without any harshness.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates or yeast clumps. Large, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
