Never Again is a vibrant Gose that layers a massive addition of raspberries over a traditional, refreshing wheat base. The aroma is dominated by fresh, jammy fruit, supported by a clean, doughy wheat malt character. On the palate, a sharp lactic sourness is immediately evident, softened by the round, mineral presence of Pink Himalayan salt. This salinity provides a mouthwatering quality that accentuates the juicy raspberry notes without being overtly salty. The finish is brisk, bone-dry, and highly effervescent, leaving a lingering, tart berry impression that makes this beer exceptionally crisp and sessionable.

Appearance. Deep pink to magenta in color (SRM 5-8); opaque with a thick, heavy haze. Features a moderate, frothy pink-tinted head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity raspberry aroma that is fresh and jammy. Underlying moderate-low doughy and bready malt character. Low lactic sourness provides a bright, lemony lift. A subtle mineral/brine note from the salt is present. No hop aroma or esters.

Taste. Initial impression is of high, juicy raspberry fruit and sharp lactic acidity. Moderate bready wheat malt provides a soft middle. The Pink Himalayan salt is noticeable but restrained, providing a savory roundness and enhancing the fruit profile. Bitterness is very low with no hop flavor. Finishes very dry and acidic with a lingering tart berry skin flavor.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a rounder, thicker texture from the salt and fruit solids. High carbonation creates an effervescent, tingly, and mouthwatering sensation. No alcohol warmth; low astringency.
