Needy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a masterful blend of Citra, Galaxy, and Motueka hops. This expression delivers an intense sensory experience, leading with lush tropical aromas of passionfruit and crushed pineapple. The addition of Motueka introduces a distinct and bright lime citrus zest that cuts through the soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the mouthfeel is characteristically pillowy and smooth, supporting layers of peach and juicy mango. It finishes with a delicate, integrated bitterness and a lingering citrus sweetness, embodying the quintessential refreshing and hop-saturated profile expected from The Veil.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, opaque pale gold (4 SRM) with a dense, creamy, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, ripe mango, and a sharp, zesty lime citrus. Underneath, a clean, bready, and slightly doughy malt presence provides a neutral foundation, accompanied by soft peach esters.

Taste. Massive tropical hop flavors dominate, echoing the nose with waves of pineapple and citrus peel. The Motueka provides a specific mojito-like lime character. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft water profile and full body. The finish is off-dry, clean, and juicy.
