This American IPA presents a vibrant West Coast-inspired profile, characterized by its bright and remarkably crisp nature. The heavy double dry-hopping with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe drives an intense aromatic display of zesty citrus and resinous pine. On the palate, expect nostalgic sensory notes reminiscent of orange fruit cups and mixed fruit juice, underscored by a clean, grainy malt backbone. The finish is notably dry and refreshing, balancing the firm bitterness expected of the style with a modern, fruit-forward clarity. Its clean fermentation and nimble body allow the intricate interplay of classic and contemporary hop varieties to remain the central focus throughout the experience.

Appearance. Medium gold (6–8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of zesty orange, grapefruit, and resinous pine from the Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. A low, clean, crackery maltiness provides a neutral base, with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and bright. Bold flavors of citrus rind and tropical fruit juice lead into a firm, clean bitterness (~55 IBU). The malt is supportive and restrained, offering light toasted bread notes. It finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, with no perceived astringency.
