Hey Hey Echo Echo is a vibrant Double IPA, born from a powerhouse collaboration between The Veil, Monkish, Other Half, and Oxbow. This double dry-hopped offering radiates with an intense, saturated hop profile, pushing high-intensity aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus zest to the forefront. The hazy, luminous body provides a soft, pillowy canvas for the complex New World hop character to shine without being hindered by heavy malt. While the hop impact is aggressive and layered, the finish remains remarkably clean and smooth, showcasing the precise craftsmanship of these celebrated breweries in creating a modern, fruit-forward sensory experience.
Appearance. Luminous, pale gold to light orange with a prominent, opaque haze. Topped by a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Explosive hop-forward bouquet featuring notes of tropical mango, guava, and pineapple, accented by bright grapefruit and a hint of resinous pine. Malt is low and neutral, offering a slight cracker-like backdrop. Clean fermentation with a subtle stone fruit ester profile.
