Boiled for over 24 hours, to give incredibly deep & rich flavours. Las Amapolas coffee (Guatemala) added towards the end of fermentation, from Silverskin Coffee Roasters. Aged for 9 months in Bourbon casks from Dingle Distillery. 10 litres of coldbrew, Las Amapolas added in the condition phase.
A deep & rich full bodied Imperial Stout. Coffee driven with hints of Chocolate & Whiskey, that make this a brew not to be missed.
