Cerveza muy, muy compleja. Negra, opaca. Elaborada con una mezcla de siete maltas diferentes (Ale, Crystal, Chocolate, Black, Oat, Brown , Smoked) complementadas con siete adiciones de lúpulo por separado durante 24 horas. Un día entero de elaboración, del que resulta una inmensa concentración de sabores a malta. La cerveza resultante ha madurado en barricas de bourbon y jerez recién vaciadas de la destilería de whisky Dingle. El resultado es una Imperial Stout oscura, rica, suave y diferente a cualquier otra cosa.
Maridaje: carnes de cerdo y cordero. Y con postres elaborados a base de chocolate, y los dulces navideños.

The follow-on release of Around the Clock Imperial Stout has been aged for 250 days and is a further refinement of our boundary pushing barrel aged beers. An enhanced mash bill of 7 different malts compliment their seven separate hop additions during brewing. The flavours from this beer are combined with their 24-hour brew boil creating an even fuller, smoother stout. The resulting beer has matured in freshly emptied bourbon casks from the Dingle Distillery for 250 days. The outcome is an even more bold, rich dark Imperial Stout.
