Appearance. Deep honey to toasted copper (14–23 SRM). Abundant, long-lasting, slightly tinted off-white foam with thick, moussy retention. Hazy appearance from wheat and yeast suspension.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring balanced clove phenols and banana esters. Rich bready and doughy wheat notes are complemented by caramel and toasted bread crust. Low herbal or floral hop character.
Taste. Initial bready wheat sweetness followed by prominent clove spice and soft banana esters. Mid-palate reveals toasted malt and caramel richness. Low bitterness provides a rounded balance, leading to a relatively dry, clean finish with a lingering caramel malt aftertaste.
