The Oncle StrIPA-la is a vibrant American IPA that leads with an expressive bouquet of citrus and tropical fruit. The classic hop trio of Centennial, Mosaic, and Citra delivers layers of grapefruit zest, juicy mango, and subtle pine resin. Beneath this intense hop profile, the use of Maris Otter malt provides a sturdy, slightly bready foundation that balances the assertive bitterness. It pours with brilliant clarity and a persistent white head. The palate follows the aroma with bright lime and berry notes, finishing crisp and dry with a lingering, clean bitterness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. Mosaic and Citra contribute tropical mango and berry nuances, supported by a low, clean, bready malt character from the Maris Otter base. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of citrus and tropical fruit. Firm, medium-high bitterness is well-supported by light toasted bread and biscuit malt flavors. Finishes dry and crisp with a clean, lingering hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
