This Belgian Single displays remarkable poise for its modest alcohol content, offering a bright, hop-forward profile that avoids the thinness often found in lighter styles. The inclusion of rolled oats provides a subtle textural depth that supports a light yet present malt base characterized by bready and grainy notes. Aromatically, it leads with vibrant hop notes and classic Belgian yeast esters reminiscent of citrus and soft orchard fruit. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that remains in perfect harmony with a honeyed biscuit malt character, finishing bone-dry and immensely refreshing for its low strength.

Appearance. Pale gold (approximately 3–4 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, billowy white head with characteristic lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a complex blend of floral and spicy hops alongside expressive Belgian yeast esters of pear, apple, and a hint of white pepper. A soft, grainy-sweet malt backdrop suggests fresh bread and light honey.

Taste. Initial flavors of honeyed biscuit and bready malt are met by a moderate bitterness. The mid-palate reveals soft, grainy notes from the rolled oats, supporting fruity esters of lemon and apricot. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering floral hop character and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
