This modern take on a German Pils from The Kernel showcases the vibrant Strata hop within a traditional, crisp lager framework. Brilliant gold in the glass, it leads with a high-intensity aroma where the Strata hops deliver unconventional notes of fresh strawberry, passionfruit, and a hint of herbal resin over a clean base of Pilsner malt. The palate is defined by a firm, assertive bitterness and a bone-dry finish characteristic of the style’s Northern German roots.
