London Brick Red Rye IPA. Originally brewed with some of our friends including Redemption, Brodies and Dark Star, London Brick has always signalled the autumnal change of season for us. This year's London Brick features Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops, the hops which we've used in most of the original versions. Rye, caramalt and crystal speciality malts combine to give colour and deep body. London Brick is citrusy, piney and slightly spicy, with a big mouthfeel.
