Inspired by the German Helles, we hopped this Lagerbier with Tettnanger. This plays homage to the German style whilst bringing a subtle, balanced, floral and herbal aroma and a soft spiciness on the palatte. We lagered this Lagerbier for 10+ weeks, so expect a dry and very clean beer that has a light sweetness from the yeast and lager malts.

Inspired by the German Helles. Brewed with care, patience, and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

This is our take on a traditional pale lager: soft, floral, and clean. We’ve used a single malt—Pale Maris Otter—and a single hop—Mandarina Bavaria—to keep things focused and balanced.

Lagered for at least six weeks. No rush. Just time, temperature, and attention.

The result is dry and very clean, with subtle herbal and floral notes, a gentle spiciness on the palate, and a light sweetness from the yeast and malt.

Tasting Notes

Bright and pale in the glass. Soft floral aroma with a hint of citrus and herbs from the Mandarina Bavaria. Light body, gentle carbonation, and a dry finish. Very clean. The malt brings quiet sweetness; the yeast stays out of the way.
