Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (approx. 8–10 SRM). Clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by resinous pine, grapefruit peel, and subtle tropical notes of passion fruit. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background, while fermentation remains very clean with minimal esters.
Taste. Vibrant hop flavors of pine needle, citrus zest, and earthy resin lead the palate. Medium-low grainy maltiness supports the high bitterness without adding significant sweetness. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leaving a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste with a firm but smooth bitterness.
