This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience defined by its smooth and juicy character. The profile is dominated by high-intensity waves of citrus and tropical pineapple, transitioning into a lush palate of stone fruits, mango, and peach. A subtle undercurrent of resinous pine provides a classic aromatic counterpoint to the vibrant fruit-forward character. While the beer presents a full-bodied mouthfeel, the bitterness remains firm yet polished and lacking in harshness, ensuring high drinkability despite its strength. Supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone, the finish is crisp and lingering, showcasing the complex, modern hop-driven profile of this potent ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (SRM 8–12), featuring a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing and a slight haze typical of modern juicy interpretations.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, citrus zest, and stone fruits. Subtle mango and peach esters are supported by a faint resinous pine and a clean, neutral, grainy malt background with no solventy alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with bold flavors of mango, peach, and tropical fruit. Moderately high bitterness is present but remains smooth and well-integrated. Low, clean malt character supports the hops without adding sweetness, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
