P’TAH is a luminous Double IPA that balances power with a refined, smooth profile. An intense aromatic burst of tropical fruit and citrus arises from the heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, while Cascade adds a delicate floral and grapefruit lift. The palate reflects this golden radiance with deep layers of mango, passionfruit, and resinous pine, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, finishing dry with a firm but polished bitterness that avoids harshness. It is a sophisticated expression of modern hopping, where the complex fruit character dominates the senses.

Appearance. Luminous gold to light orange (7–9 SRM); tall, white, persistent head with fine lacing; clear to slight hop-induced haze.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit (mango, passionfruit), citrus (grapefruit, lime), and a touch of floral pine; very low, neutral grainy malt; clean fermentation profile with a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of citrus zest and tropical stone fruit; moderately high bitterness that is firm yet smooth; minimal supportive malt with no significant caramel; finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
