Lilith presents a modern take on the American IPA, showcasing a vibrant interplay between Mosaic and Ekuanot hops. The aroma is dominated by Mosaic’s signature blueberry and tropical mango notes, sharpened by Ekuanot’s pithy lime and subtle herbal greenness. A sophisticated grist of Pale malt, oat malt, and wheat malt provides a silky, slightly hazy foundation that carries the hop intensity through the palate. The addition of cara malt introduces a touch of honeyed sweetness to balance the firm, resinous bitterness. It finishes clean and dry, leaving a lingering impression of citrus peel and tropical fruit, making it an expressive example of the style.

Appearance. Deep gold color (7 SRM). The inclusion of oat and wheat malts results in a slight, attractive haze. Topped by a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe mango, blueberry, and papaya from the Mosaic, complemented by Ekuanot’s lime zest and a hint of fresh herbs. Low, clean grainy maltiness provides a subtle background.

Taste. The flavor leads with intense tropical fruit and citrus. A firm hop bitterness provides structure without being harsh. Low malt flavors of white bread and a touch of caramel sweetness from the cara malt support the hops. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering berry and citrus aftertaste.
