Lamia is a quintessential Hazy IPA, presenting a vibrant, juice-forward sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by intense tropical fruit notes, bursting with ripe mango and pineapple, alongside bright citrus accents. On the palate, the soft, velvety body creates a pillowy canvas for lush stone fruit and sweet orange flavors. A gentle, bready malt backbone provides subtle structure without distracting from the hop-forward profile. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness that highlights the beer's juicy character. At 7% ABV, it offers a subtle, well-integrated warmth that complements its smooth texture and hop-saturated depth, remaining incredibly drinkable.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (SRM 4-6) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, combined with stone fruit and zesty citrus. The malt profile is understated, offering light bready and grainy notes, while the fermentation remains clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Explosion of fruity hop flavors including peach, melon, and tangerine. The malt provides a low, neutral sweetness. Bitterness is low to medium-low, feeling soft and rounded rather than sharp. The balance is heavily shifted toward hop flavor, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristically soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no astringency or harshness, and a very light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present at the finish.
