This Fruit Beer presents a lush, tropical experience driven by a dense addition of mango and the berry-forward profile of Mosaic hops. The dessert intent is immediately apparent as smooth vanilla bean notes intertwine with the creamy, silky presence of lactose. Together, these elements create a milkshake-like quality that softens the underlying IPA bitterness. The mango provides a vibrant, fleshy sweetness, while the Mosaic hops contribute supporting layers of stone fruit and light citrus. Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (SRM 7-12). Features a thick, frothy white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing. Distinctive haze from the fruit addition and lactose, resulting in an opaque, juice-like clarity.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant notes of fresh, ripe mango and creamy vanilla bean. Supporting Mosaic hop character provides layers of blueberry and tropical stone fruit. A light, bready malt sweetness is present, enhanced by the sugary scent of milk sugar.
