Aenima is a vibrant Framboise Weisse that marries the traditional sharp lactic acidity of a Berliner Weisse with the lush, tart essence of ripe raspberries. A pale wheat base of Pilsner malt provides a delicate, doughy foundation that balances the assertive sourness. Effervescent and bright, the sensory profile is dominated by red berry aromatics and a crisp, clean fermentation character. The raspberries impart a refreshing tang that lingers into an exceptionally dry finish. This low-alcohol session ale is defined by its high carbonation and prickly mouthfeel, offering a sophisticated interplay between grainy sweetness and zesty fruit acidity.
