Hedleyhope is a sophisticated Best Bitter that balances traditional British character with modern accents. The foundation is built on Maris Otter, Amber, and Crystal malts, which, alongside the addition of Oats, create a lush, biscuit-forward backbone with subtle toffee depth. This rich malt profile provides the perfect canvas for a nuanced hop expression, delivering a robust peppery and grapefruit-like bitterness.
