This lush Imperial American Porter is a decadent sensory journey inspired by Caribbean Rum Cake. The base offers deep chocolate and roasted malt layers, amplified by the velvety richness of toasted almonds and toasted coconut. Aging in rum barrels introduces notes of molasses and oaky vanilla, while a vibrant infusion of pineapple adds a tropical brightness. Appearance. Very dark brown to near opaque ebony (SRM 40+). Pours with a thick, creamy tan head that displays moderate retention and leaves fine-beaded lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring dark chocolate and espresso, followed by a fragrant bouquet of cinnamon, nutmeg, and star anise.
